Focus?

Have you ever been so focused on things that you missed out of the immediate need at hand? We can sometimes get so focused on the agenda or project that we look over the problem that needs our attention currently. I have set in meetings before where it feels like we are only focused on the small things and not the big issues that need to be dealt with. Maybe you have been in a meeting that goes something like this?
