Last week I was surfing either through website or iTunes and ran across a new podcast by Andy Stanley. It is highlightly various leadership principles and ideas. The first episode was very challenging as he talked about "assumptions." I believer every leader both in the church and outside of it should take a listen. Man...it has really made me think about things. It lays our the groundwork of how they changed kidstuf and ended 722, two very successful ministries at North Point. Great stuff!
